- FLC,Phila.intends to purchase 2 MARK 5C VLBI Recording Systems on a sole source basis from Conduant Corp. of Longmont, CO.It is the standard recording & playback sys. for worldwide VLBI effort.It is required that the playback units match & be able to play back recordings made in the field at radio telescopes all over the world. No other sys. is compatible w/Mark 5C units or can playback recordings made with Mark 5C units.Any firm interested in this requirement should submit a technical capability statement to FLC, Phila. within 2 days of this announcement. Such information should be addressed to the attention of FLC Code 290.1G. The government shall not pay for any information submitted. The applicable NAICS code is 334310/750 Employees
