- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Requisition Number W81EWF12435951 is being issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) with intent to award as a simplified acquisition. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses under NAICS Code 331210 with employees not exceeding 1000. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) at Waterways Experiment Station (WES), Vicksburg, MS, Directorate of Public Works (DPW) has a requirement for the following: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) needs to purchase black iron pipe and related parts as listed on the attached specifications list. The material will be delivered to the Engineer Research and Development Center, 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg, MS 39180-6199 with delivery requested before 30 September 2011. All pricing shall be FOB Destination.
