- B.1 - SCHEDULE OF SERVICES - For: "ITRAQ MEDICAL RESEARCH TESTING" AT THE SOUTHERN ARIZONA VA HEALTHCARE SYSTEM 1. TITLE OF PROJECT: Gastrointestinal Colonization of Diarrheagenic Clostridium difficile: VA Merit Award 1I01BX001183-01: BLR&D-funded Research 2. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as may otherwise be specified. Contractor shall conduct the generalizability analysis, and the incremental validity analysis. Contractor will provide expertise as needed in preparing data for analysis. Contractor will participate in the interpretation of study data and will assist (if required) in drafting related manuscripts that come from the project. 3. Background: There is a current, on-going requirement at the Southern AZ VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS), Research Service Line for the Macromolecular Core Facility of Penn State University, for continued participation in a BLR&D-funded project: Gastrointestinal Colonization of Diarrheagenic Clostridium difficile (1I01BX001183-01). Dr. Gayatri Vedantam of SAVAHCS is Principal Investigator on this project. 4.
