- Metier ITPM J&A The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to issue, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to Metier LTD, 2611 Jefferson Davis Highway, Suite 9050, Arlington, VA 22202 for IT Portfolio Management (ITPM) system support which is based on Metier's WorkLenz application along with software maintenance. The period of performance will be for a base year and one option year. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to provide the items being requested no later than 2:00 PM EST, September 13, 2011 to wiley.hall@ic.fbi.gov. All quotations received will be considered by the Government solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to initiate a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government of whether or not to compete this procurement is based solely within the discretion of the Government. Please see the attached J&A.
