- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912EQ-11-Q-0050 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 335312. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes may be submitted in hard copy or electronically, either through regular mail, email, or by facsimile. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offeror's responsibility to ensure receipt of quotes by the time and date stated herein. Contractors shall submit a lump sum quotation on company letterhead to include all charges for the following items to be delivered in accordance with the attached Scope of Work (SOW) and information below: Contractor shall furnish all supplies and services necessary to provide Generator Maintenance: 0001- Base Year (Period of Performance: September 19, 2011 - September 18, 2012) 0001AA - Full Service Visit (per paragraph 3 in Scope of Work) 0001AB - Regular Preventive Maintenance (per paragraph 3C in Scope of Work) 0001AC - Inspection with Load Bank (per paragraph 3B in Scope of Work) 0001AD - Emergency Service Calls (per paragraph 4 in Scope of Work) 0002- Option Year One - Generator Services (September 19, 2012 - September 18, 2013) 0002AA - Full Service Visit (per paragraph 3 in Scope of Work) 0002AB - Regular Preventive Maintenance (per paragraph 3C in Scope of Work) 0002AC - Inspection with Load Bank (per paragraph 3B in Scope of Work) 0002AD - Emergency Service Calls (per paragraph 4 in Scope of Work) 0003- Option Year Two - Generator Services (September 19, 2013 - September 18, 2014) 0003AA - Full Service Visit (per paragraph 3 in Scope of Work) 0003AB - Regular Preventive Maintenance (per paragraph 3C in Scope of Work) 0003AC - Inspection with Load Bank (per paragraph 3B in Scope of Work) 0003AD - Emergency Service Calls (per paragraph 4 in Scope of Work) The Contract will be for base year with two (2) option year periods.
