- The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Acquisition Management Division, IM-13 intends to award a sole source contract to CQ-Roll Call, Inc. This proposed Base Year and four (4) Option Year contract is to provide the Acquisition Management Division, with Commercial Timeshare Services which includes legislative tracking, reporting and notification, news and analysis, committee coverage, documents and comprehensive and timely coverage of Congressional actions published exclusively by CQ-Roll Call, Inc., Inc. The proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (ii). This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available for this requirement. Interested parties should submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement within seven calendar days of publication of this notice, to be considered by the Go vernment. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
