- THIS ACQUISITION IS OPEN TO ALL QUALIFIED HUBZONE AND SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The submittal date for the SF330 for this request is extended to 12 October 2011, at 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). The following section is revised. (C) GENERAL INFORMATION: This announcement will result in the award of two Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with one contract set-aside for HUBZone and the other contract set-aside for all Small Businesses ($7,500,000 for each contract). All firms responding to this solicitation must identify in which category they are submitting. All firms must state the words (HUBZone) or (Small Business) after the solicitation number in PART 1, A. Block 3 of the SF330 Form. A separate response (SF330) must be submitted for each category in which the firm wants consideration. No one firm will receive more than one award as a result of this solicitation. The effective period of the contracts shall be a one-year base period with the option to extend for four (4) additional one-year option periods. Work under this these IDIQ contracts will be issued by firm-fixed-price Task Orders. The contract will have an individual Task Order limit of $500,000 (five-hundred thousand dollars) per Task Order. The maximum value of all work issued under the each contract will be limited to $7,500,000 over five years not to exceed an average of $1,500,000 a year.
