- Past Performance Questionnaire Task Order 01 Statement of Work Other Contract Requirement Proposal Content Requirements/Evaluation Criteria Attachment C: Clauses Attachment B: Statement of Work Attachment A2: Task Order 01 Pricing Schedule Attachment A1: IDIQ Pricing Schedule 1449 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation, HSHQDC-11-R-00144 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 are incorporated into this RFP. This requirement is a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HubZone) set-aside with a North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code of 541519. The period of performance is one (1) twelve-month base year with one (1) twelve-month option period. The Government contemplates award of a single-award Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the issuance of firm-fixed-price, time-and-materials and labor hour Task Orders. Questions must be submitted via email by September 12, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. EDT to Marcelle.Loveday@hq.dhs.gov. All inquiries must be submitted in writing via email. A response will not be provided to telephonic inquiries. Proposals shall be submitted via email by September 15, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. EDT to Marcelle.Loveday@hq.dhs.gov. I.
