- Sole Source Synopsis/Solicitation The PKO Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida, intends to solicit and award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract for purchasing of Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Device (RCIED)/Victim Operated Improvised Explosive Device (VOIED) Triggering System under the authority of accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Subpart 13.5 and Subpart 6.302-1. Anticipated award date is 22 Sep 2011. The Purchase Request and Synopsis/Solicitation number is F1T3CK1220A003.
