- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information. Procure the XXXX Control Panel Simulator Stations, (20) units, product number XXXX including 1 year parts and labor package, (20) units product number XXXX for the Ordnance School's Metalworking Services Division. Product desription: Use the XXXX Control Simulator for classroom training and/or on-site control demonstrations. Teach programming and operations using a real, fully upgradable XXXX control panel and keypad. Includes simulated dry run graphics, tool length measurement, true DNC and USB convenience. You can also program and download directly from the Control Simulator to XXXX machines. Dual software- Selectable for Mill or Lathe, visual quick code programming, full function XXXX Control, All Control Screens available, full XXXX Keypad, Simulated graphic dry run, built-in machining calculators, built-in help menus, fully descriptive alarms, buit-in USB prot, RS-232 port, upgradable to future software versions, available in 115 or 230V.
