- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information. Five year single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the purchase of 35 VADRs, part number 180383-006, in calendar year (CY) 2011, quantity 11-25 VADRs in CY2012-CY2015, and firm fixed price engineering support. The last date to order is 31 July 2016. The minimum quantity is $100,000 and the maximum quantity is $6,067,876.
