- Notice to Contractor: Solicitation number N00259-11-T-0555 is issued as a notice to procure from only one source IAW FAR 13.106-1(b). This proposed contract action is used for Plastic Surgery Department for Electric Dermatome Set and Brennen Skin Graft Meshers, supplies are compatible and specific to the patients of Naval Medical Center San Diego. The Naval Medical Center San Diego intends to solicit with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The source is Integra LifeSciences Corporation. CAGE Code: 1R0B9, NAICS: 339112. Justification: As required by FAR 13.106-1(b), the Contracting Officer has determined that Integra LifeSciences Corporation device is the only company that distributes the supplies that is compatible with equipment currently used by NMCSD. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will only consider firm, fixed price quotations. The attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-53. It is the contractor ™s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov and/ or www.acq.osd.mil.
