- i.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii.This is a request for quotes (RFQ) and is referenced by solicitation number VA-263-11-RQ-0825. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price purchase order. iii.The solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations and VA Acquisition Regulations, which is available at https://www.acquisition.gov/far/index.html and http://www1.va.gov/oamm/oa/ars/policyreg/vaar/ respectively. iv.In accordance with FAR part 19 - Small Business Programs, this solicitation is a total small business set-aside.
