- Brand name justification CISCO-FSP RFP H92222-11-R-0048 T his is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and the solicitation is attached to this combined synopsis/solicitation. Solicitation number H9222211R0048 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23. This solicitation is issued under NAICS code 517911 with a small business size standard of $25M. See attached solicitation H9222210R0048 for all terms, provisions and conditions. Proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be received by 4:00 PM on 15 September 2011.
