Description
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912EQ-11-Q-0049 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 115310 with a size standard of $7.0M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes may be submitted in hard copy or electronically, either through regular mail, email, or by facsimile. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offeror's responsibility to ensure receipt of quotes by the time and date stated herein. Contractors shall submit a lump sum quotation on company letterhead to include all charges for the following items to be delivered in accordance with the attached Scope of Work (SOW) and information below: Contractor shall furnish all supplies and services necessary to provide: 0001- Aerial Brushkill Services (Period of Performance: September 19, 2011 - September 18, 2012) 850 ACRES 0002- Option Year One - Aerial Brushkill (September 19, 2012 - September 18, 2013) 850 ACRES 0003- Option Year Two - Aerial Brushkill (September 19, 2013 - September 18, 2014) 850 ACRES 0004- Option Year Three - Aerial Brushkill (September 19, 2014 - September 18, 2015) 850 ACRES 0005- Option Year Four - Aerial Brushkill (September 19, 2015 - September 18, 2016) 850 ACRES The Contract will be for base year with four (4) option year periods.
