- Description
- The Fleet and Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Contracting Department, Norfolk VA, 23511-3392 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract under full and open competition for two (2) nights of lodging, once a month, for twelve (12) predetermined weekends beginning 22 October 2011 for Navy reservist in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) as required by the Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Green Bay, Wisconsin. The lodging facility will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The resulting contract will be for a base year with two (2) one year options. A complete RFQ package will be available on or about 14 September 2011 by downloading the documents at the NECO Website as follows: http://www.neco.navy.mil. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721110. The size standard is $7.0 million. The RFQ and any subsequent amendments will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the contractor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred or otherwise ineligible for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective vendor must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
