- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for:Item 0001: One (1) Universal Forensic Extraction Device (UFED) and related components including a Physical Pro Add-On ModuleItem 0002: Two (2) UFED Logical Software Upgrades Item 0003: Nine (9) Physical Pro-Add On Modules for upgradesDelivery shall be to Zip code 79912.The Government intends to issue a single, firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to CelleBrite USA in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. CelleBrite is the sole source able to provide this proprietary device. All applicable provisions and clauses are in the attached matrix. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Evaluation will be based on best value. All questions and quotes shall be submitted electronically to claire.r.whitley@usdoj.gov. The deadline for questions is 9/13/11 at 2:00pm EST. Questions and Answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. Closing date for quotes is 9/15/11 at 2:00pm EST. Late submissions will not be accepted.
