- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is W911YN-11-T-0030. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32, DFARS Change Notice 20090115. The Florida Army National Guard is seeking a vendor to provide 2 leased tractors and 2 trailers for a period of 12 months. Please see the attached Statement of Work for the complete requirement. This solicitation is Unrestricted. The NAICS code assigned to this acquisition is 532120 and small business size standard is $25.5 Million. Award will be made as a firm fixed price contract. Please quote on specifications and configurations attached. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
