- Notice of Intent to Sole Source The 341 st Contracting Squadron, Malmstrom AFB, MT intends to negotiate with CineMassive Displays, LLC. 150 Ottley Drive NE Atlanta, GA 30324-3925, in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Agency Requirements. This procurement is for on-site technical support, training and quick reference material relating to an existing CineMassive Video Wall. Sole source is based on the fact that CineMassive Displays, LLC. is the manufacturer of the existing custom video wall currently requiring on-site technical support and training and is the only responsible source that can immediately satisfy the Government's requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made on the basis of quotes or offers received in response to this notice. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541512. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to meet this requirement by 1400 local time on 12 Sep 2011. Additionally, any response to this notice shall show clear, compelling and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. No reimbursement for any costs connected with providing capability information will be provided.
