- Description
- Replacement of all Lyster Army Health Clinic analog security and access systems to digital systems. This will enable the security system to function without failure due to old equipment disrepair. The old security system equipment is difficult to replace and causes many delays in repair and replacement. ACC has an existing maintenance contract with LAHC and has been the company solely responsible for the installation and maintenance of the clinic security system. any company performing the work would not allow the new equipment maintenance to be covered under the existing maintenance contract. Open competition may compromise Lyster's security by identifying systems currently in use and would be a higher cost for installation and maintenance.
