- MMIC Sole Source Letter The 1 st Special Operations Contracting Squadron at Hurlburt Field FL intends to award a Sole Source purchase to Mobile Medical International Corporation for Modified Expeditionary Shelter System. This award is restricted to Mobile Medical International Corporation and is under The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 339950 with a size standard of 500 employees; the SIC code is 3993. The contract award amount is below the SAT. This procurement is being accomplished under the authority of FAR 13.501. The Government believes that the Modified Expeditionary Shelter System is a patented and proprietary commercial product that can only be acquired through Mobile Medical International Corporation. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the contracting officer (no more than 10 pages in length, single spaced, and 12 point font minimum) demonstrating ability to perform the requested services before 12:00 PM (central), 12 September 2011. Anticipated award is 12 September 2011. The solicitation will only be sent to Mobile Medical International Corporation. A firm-fixed price order will be issued in writing. Submit any information, questions, or comments to the points of contact listed below. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. The incorporated provisions and clauses are current according to Http://farsite.hill.af.mil.
