- Description
- The Oklahoma City VA Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK has a requirement for a Contractor to provide Shuttle Bus Service. This is a Sources Sought for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business that is interesting on turning a RFP with NAICS code 485410 is applicable to this solicitation. SCOPE OF SERVICES 1.The Contractor agrees to provide CLIENT'S employees and beneficiaries shuttle bus service between CLIENTS' grounds and the Lot O parking facility as follows: a. Buses will be handicap accessible, air-conditioned, and heated and provide adequate ease of passenger boarding and de-boarding. b.The service will be operated between the hours of 4:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday except federal holidays. One bus will run continuously from 4:30 a.m. to 6:30p.m. with a second bus running during the peak hours of 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 5:00. c.The period of the performance of this Agreement shall be from October 1, 2011, through Sept 30, 2012; provided however, either party may, for any reason, terminate this Agreement upon not less than ninety (90) days written notice to the other party.
