- The Pine Bluff Contracting Division, Pine Bluff, AR has a requirement for the following items: 100,000 each Foam Pouch, Polyethlene, Class 1, Grade A, Spec A-A-59135, Size 11' W X 14'L Outside Dimensions x ' thick foam. To be heat sealed on three sides to make 11' opening on one end to form a pouch, total thickness of the pouch ', with a 100% option; A pre-production sample consisting of 3 each; and a material certificate of compliance shall accompany the pre-production sample and each shipment. Solicitation Number W911RP-11-T-0100 will be issued O/A 12 SEP 2011 with a closing date O/A 19 SEP 2011. Acquisition is set aside for small businesses. The NAICS Code is 326140, business size 500.
