- RESPONSE DATE EXTENDED TO 15 SEPT 2011 This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52 and DFARS Change Notice 20110819. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 337121, size standard 500 employees. This is a best value award.
