- Wage Determination Base Pass Forms Cost Breakdown Sheet Statement of Work Solicitation, FA3020-11-R-0017 PROJECT TITLE: Electrical Disconnects, T-6 Shelters See Attached Statement Of Work. SOLICITATION IS BEING ISSUED AS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Applicable NAICS Code for this project is 238210, with a Size Standard Of 14.0 Million Dollars. Magnitude of proposed construction is less than $25,000.00. Site visit can be scheduled by contacting SrA Benjamin DeHart by phone at (940) 676-5640. You may send an Email To benjamin.dehart@sheppard.af.mil. PROPOSALS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 20 September 2011 AT 9:00 A.M. (CST). As a result of this solicitation, the Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. Contractor should consider FAR 52.236-4, Physical Data, when calculating a performance period. See Section H of this solicitation.
