- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotation for the Evaluation of Power Benefits under Current and Possible Future Conditions related to three studies currently underway; the Central Valley Project Cost Allocation Study, the CALFED North-of-the-Delta Off stream Storage Feasibility Study, and CALFED Upper San Joaquin River Basin Storage Investigation Feasibility Study, located in CA. This requirement is being advertised under NAICS Code is: 541690 with a size standard of $7 million. This procurement is a competitive Total Small Business Set-aside. Solicitation R11PS20198 will be posted to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about September 9, 2011. The date for receipt of quotations shall be September 22, 2011. All quotations shall be submitted via e-mail to brusch@usbr.gov No quotations shall be accepted via IDEAS-EC. The solicitation shall be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award.
