- Community Center Conf Room Furniture THIS IS AN END-OF-YEAR PLANNING DOCUMENT - NO FUNDS ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE AND THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THIS WILL BE FUNDED. QUOTES NEED TO BE VALID THROUGH END OF FISCAL YEAR (30 SEP 11). IAW FAR 5.202(a)(12) only local sources will be solicited. There is no site visit scheduled but vendors are asked to provide link to catalog or pictures of products offered. This planning document is part 1 of 3 planning documents for furniture for the Community Center. Part 2 is listed under FA5606-11-T-0105, part 3 can be obtained through the POC.
