- The Mission Contracting Office (MCO) Fort Bragg, North Carolina, has a requirement in support of the Army Ground Intelligence Support Activity (GISA) located on fort Bragg, NC, North Carolina, to consolidate the disparate Army JWICS Active Directory domains and forests and Exchange electronic mail resources into a consolidated Army JWICS enterprise forest. The contractor shall develop a migration plan for each domain or forest to be migrated into the Army JWICS enterprise forest. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Army JWICS migration services. This includes providing technical and engineering support for the migration of Active Directory objects and attributes; synchronization, moving, or updating data permissions on network resources and Microsoft Exchange components; and performance of additional engineering tasks as required. The anticipated period of performance for this requirement will consist of a base period of eleven (11) months (27 September 2011 through 26 August 2012). The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this requirement. This acquisition will be solicited as a total Small Business set-aside, under National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541513 "Computer Facilities Management Services" with a small business size standard of $25.0 million. MCO - Fort Bragg anticipates issuing Request for Quote (RFQ) W91247-11-T-0101 on or about 8 September 2011. The closing date for submission of proposals will be contained in the RFQ. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the RFQ package and any amendments. The RFQ will also be available at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. No paper copies of the RFP will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. All Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of a government contract, http://www.ccr.gov. Failure to register in CCR will make an offeror ineligible for award. Questions in regard to the RFQ must be submitted via electronic mail to uche.washington@us.army.mil. All submissions should be clearly marked Question(s) Solicitation Number W91247-11-T-0101 Questions and/or Comments Army JWICS Migration. All RFP questions must be submitted no later than 13 September 2011 to allow a reasonable time for the Government to respond. All questions submitted after that time and date may not be answered.
