- Description
- The project includes the replacement of the Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System, Lighting, Ceiling, Roof and Fire Alarm Modifications at Fort Campbell High School (FTCHS). Scope of work includes demolition and disposal of existing HVAC equipment and power circuitry and installation of new HVAC equipment, environmental controls, and power circuitry of the 90,000 square foot high school facility. Replace the existing lighting at FTCHS from the fixtures back to the first junction box with new higher efficiency lighting. Replace 2' x 4' ceiling tiles, grids, support systems including miscellaneous gypsum board work and associated painting, repairs to the SBS roof where new penetrations are made for the new mechanical units, vents, etc. and painting new and existing piping on the interior of the building. Replace existing bitumen membrane roof with new PVC Roof. Replace Fire Alarm System at FTCHS, including fire alarm control panel, duct mounted devices and duct work.
