- Attachment No 3c Wage Determination 05-2087 (Rev. 14) attachment No 3b Wage Determination 05-3027 (Rev. 10) Attachemetn No 3a Wage Determination 05-2089 (Rev. 17) Attachment No 2 Statement of Work Attachment No 1 Standard Form 1449 Request for Quotation An independent real estate professional, such as an agent, broker or licensed general appraiser, registered in the state of Connecticut, shall complete an area-wide market analysis focusing on specific towns within the 8 CT Counties for the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). The independent real estate professional shall have at least five years experience and be knowledgeable of the dynamics of land sales in the respective Connecticut counties and towns in order to make required judgments based up the available data. Documentation of credentials and experience must be provided in a resume. The work shall consist of developing a database of comparable land sales and performing all computations and descriptions required by this statement of work to establish an acceptable range of land values.
