- PR: IQC11242009040 Solicitation: SPM4A711R2326 NSN 1650-01-113-0418 Item: Filter Element Delivery: 96 DARO Solicitation Issue date: September 23, 2011 Solicitation Close date: October 24, 2011 This solicitation is intended to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base period and two option years. The maximum contract term is three years. Item description is in accordance with Boeing CAGE 77272 p/n 145DS109-2. Approved source of supply is Pall Aeropower CAGE 18350 p/n AC-A671F-3. Item is critical application, source controlled, and configuration controlled. Solicitation is issued unrestricted under other than full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Estimated annual demand 540 each. Guaranteed minimum is 135 each, base year only. Maximum Annual contract quantity is 1080 each. Delivery order quantities will be 135 minimum to 540 maximum.
