The US Army, Fort Lee, VA, intends to negotiate a sole-source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source for the Warehouse Management System Software from HL Group, Inc. The associated NAICS code is 334119. Product Information is Proprietary. Please see Justification and Approval attached. Additionally, any response to this notice must show clear, compelling and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. The intent of this notice if for information purposes only. Response to this notice must be received at this contracting office no later than September 12, 2011 by 12 pm NOON EST.
