- The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) Western Region Office has need of the ability to create dashboards which offer automated reporting and tracking of projects and assignments. Dashboards provide real-time status reports and enhance decision making. They also enable what if scenarios to examine all options within our decision making models. This establishes a knowledge based management format required by OMB A-127 and various other federal governance outlines.
