- The Army Contracting Command-National Capital Region (ACC-NCR), intends to award a sole source contract task order extension under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (2) - FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ii) - Logical Follow-on Order. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The award will be made to Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., 8283 Greensboro Dr. Mclean, Virginia 22102-9404. This requirement is to provide highly specialized Informational Technology related organizational transformation, program management and business support services to US Army Information Technology Agency and the Office of the Administrative Assistance to the Secretary of the Army organizational transformation initiatives. This action will result in a six months period of performance extension to a Time & Material contract, commencing on September 30, 2011. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541511 with a size standard of $25.0M. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract task order extension is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
