- FA8751-11-Q-0555 Sole Source J&A The Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate, Rome NY intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with Synopsys, 90 Washington Valley Road, Bedminster NJ 07921 for a software license bundle used with integrated circuit and field programmable gate array synthesis. Software will be made available approximately 14 days after receipt of order. Any interested companies may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Please note that this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any information received will be considered by the Government. The NAICS code is 511210.
