- This is a Notice of Intent to issue a sole source purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the purchase of a SIDNE impaired driving experience simulator. Due to the unique and proprietary nature of this unit, only one qualified supplier, Innocorp, Ltd. located in Verona, WI, is capable of providing this unit. Any purchase order that will be awarded under other than full and open competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements for this item.
