- PORTABLE ELECTRONIC TARGET SYSTEM (SOW) This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, issued as a Request for Quotation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number H92242-11-T-0527 incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2005-48, dated 30 January 2011 and DFARS Change Notice 20991123. The DPAS Rating for this solicitation is DO. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: http://farsite.hill.af.mil. This requirement is Set-aside as a 100% Small Business. The NAICS code is 334119, the Size Standard is 1,000 Employee The Naval Special Warfare Group Four (NSWG-4) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing a portable and wireless acoustically scored marksmanship targets in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Delivery to Naval Special Warfare Detachment Stennis located at 2108 H Road, Stennis Space Center, MS. 39529. NSWG-4 anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price Contract. CLINS as follows: ITEM 0001 - ETS Portable Long Range Electronic Target System to include Ten Lanes, each with; Three 36" x 36" target frames with corner sensors Three target station electronics package with data radios and remote antennas Rechargeable batteries and chargers Ten ruggedized touch screen Shooter Stations Rechargeable batteries and chargers ITEM 0002 One year warranty,Training - Full Day - On-site,installation - Full Day - On-Site, PER DIEM and TRAVEL and Shipping ITEM 0003 One contract options for the purchase of one(1) additional system consisting of the same requirements as the original purchase. (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: The contract will be awarded to the Quoter whose quote conforms to the solicitation provisions, is technically acceptable, with relevent past performance (within the pass three years) and provide the lowest cost to the Government.
