- Description THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENDED SOLE SOURCE AWARD W9124L-11-T-0010068264. Mission Installation Contracting Command, Fort Sill, Oklahoma intends to award a SOLE SOURCE to Ellis Services and Solutions Enterprises, LLC (ESSE) for the CCTV maintenance system for Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The award shall consist of the following: Contractor shall provide all hardware, software mdofications and maintenance for the Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) equipment currently installed at various facilities within 434th FAB located on Fort Sill. Contractor shall be familiar with the development and design of existing CCTV system for maintenance. Contractor must have the knowledge, skills and ability to complete the task that is required to modify the security system in its current state with unlabeled materials, no schematics and partial access to control equipment. Contractor shall be able to perform maintenance as well as on call services in the event any components become inoperable. Some of the components integrated into this system are currently under warranty. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561621, size standard 12.5M. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit or negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within five (5) business days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
