- Solicitation FA4690-11-T-0020 Performance Work Statement The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, SD intends to solicit, compete and award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for HiPath Touchcomputer. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 15 procedures. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number FA4690-11-T-0020 and all related attachments will be posted in Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) approximately 7 September 2011. This acquisition solicits full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 332439. Description: The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, supplies, and materials to repair inoperative functions of the 28th Bomb Wing Command Post HiPath Dispatch Communications Console. Training is required for twelve Government personnel on how to use the console and troubleshoot common issues with the Console. This requirement also includes the purchase, delivery and installation of a Digital Voice Recorder System to record all voice communications transmitted and received over Ellsworth AFB's telephone infrastructure, used in the 28 BW/CP, Building 7918, 1958 Scott Drive, Ste 1, Ellsworth AFB, SD 57706. A one year warranty/maintenance plan for parts replacement, labor, service and support is required for newly purchased items not covered by warranty.
