Attachment 2 - Equipment List to help answer question #1. Questions & Answers AMENDMENT 2: Added Questions & Answers document and Attachment 2, Equipment List AMENDMENT 1: Added two additional clauses applicable to this requirement; AAFARS 5352.223-9001 Health and Safety on Government Installations, and AAFARS 5352.242-9000 Contractor Access to Air Force Installations This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 and DFARS Change Notice 20110819. This is not a set-aside requirement. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 811412 size standard $14,000,000. Reference number F1Q3SV1229A001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). To register, please visit http://www.ccr.gov. Offerors shall electronically complete FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification -- Commercial Items at Website http://www.bpn.gov/orca. Oral quotes will not be accepted. Quotes must be submitted on an all or none basis. Your quote must include discount terms, delivery date, tax identification number, cage code, and DUNS number. Wide Area Workflow is the Dept. of the Air Force's mandatory method of electronic invoicing. More information can be found at https://wawf.eb.mil. Use of the basic system is at NO COST to the contractor and training is available at http://www.wawftraining.com. Description of requirement: 0001 Non-personal service contract for all maintenance and repairs of Dining Facility and Flight Kitchen equipment items for FY 12, IAW Statement of Work, Attachment 1. Period of performance will be 1 October 2011 - 30 September 2012. * The procurement contemplated herein is included or provided for in the FY12 financial plan and NO obligation may be incurred under this statement until fund availability has been certified. Notes: 1. Any vendor who wishes to inspect the subject equipment in order to provide a quote is invited to visit the site on Tuesday, 6 September 2011 at 1:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). We will meet at the Patterson Dining Facility, building 403, Dover Air Force Base, DE and then move to the Flight Kitchen (PAX Terminal), bldg 150.
