- Brand Name Justification for Quantum Scalar Equipment Open Competition - Combined synopsis/solicitation - FA9300-11-R-5027. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. This is a request for quotation (RFQ).
