- THIS ACQUISITION IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is soliciting proposals under Solicitation No. VA-786-11-RP-0398 for the following: The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, supplies, materials, licenses, professional guidance and advice necessary and incident to the provision of tree pruning, deadwood pruning and debris removal services; and emergency tree removal, stump grinding clean-up and debris removal services. The contract period of performance will consist of a base period from date of award through September 30, 2012, with four (4) one-year Government options to extend the term of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard is $7.0 million. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about September 9, 2011. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:30 p.m., September 22, 2011. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the FebBizOpps URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for downloading amendments.
