- Request for Quote The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ), as a total small business set-aside, open only to small business concerns, under solicitation number RFQ-OSCU-PsychFFD, in order to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. The Government anticipates issuing BPAs for the required services within 25 miles of the field offices located in the following cities: Chicago, Illinois; and Los Angeles, California. The North American Industry Classification System code is 621112 with a small business size standard of $10.0 million. The FBI requires services from quoters capable of providing psychological fitness for duty evaluations for FBI Special Agents and support personnel in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The contractor shall be able to provide services from both a psychiatrist and a psychologist in accordance with the Statement of Work.
