- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground intends to solicit from Mantech Advanced Systems International, 12015 Lee Jackson Memorial Highway, Fairfax, VA 22033 on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) - Only one source. The Contractor shall provide a proprietary BAA Information Delivery System (BIDS) perpetual software license and associated hosting and customization services. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.
