- Synopsis: Altus Air Force Base has a requirement for the following: Planting Trees FUNDS AVAILABILITY FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT; HOWEVER, A REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY11 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDS BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30, 2011. ALL QUOTES NEED TO BE VALID UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30, 2011. All offerors doing business with the government MUST register in the DOD Central Contractor Registry (CCR) database prior to receipt of submittals. Failure to register in the CCR database will render your firm ineligible for review and possible award. CCR registration may be accomplished online at http://www.ccr.gov. Additional information concerning CCR registration may be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423. All firms must also be registered with the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website prior to receipt of submittals in order to be considered for award. This may be accomplished at http://orca.bpn.gov/. The single source of entry for all documentation pertaining to this acquisition will be on the government procurement website at the following address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All interested parties are responsible for checking this website to ensure they have the most current information (i.e. amendments issued, changes to Statement of Work, Etc). Faxed requests for a solicitation package will not be accepted. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561730. The size standard is $7.0 MILLION. This solicitation will be set aside for firms registered as Small Business in CCR. The solicitation is anticipated to be electronically posted on or about 8 September 2011. Additional information concerning this project, to include details for a scheduled site visit, will be introduced at that time.
