- Single award contract for the period November 1, 2011 to October 31, 2012, for the Department of Education. Nationwide. Anticipate for Braille approximately 3 to 10 orders per year, for approximately 500 to 1,000 copies per order and for Large Print approximately 3 to 10 orders per year, for approximately 250 to 500 copies per order, with the majority of orders requiring transcribing from approximately 1 to 65 Government furnished pages of typewritten manuscript and/or disks into Braille or Large Print pages. An occasional order may require transcribing up to 150 Government furnished pages of typewritten manuscript and/or disks into Braille pages. Braille books shall not exceed 11" in height and 11-3/4" in width; Large Print books weigh no more that 32 oz and shall not exceed 9" in height, 12" in width and 2-1/2" in depth. Cover and Text prints black ink. Quality Level IV. Bid opening October 17, 2011.
