- Amendment to RFQ-TCC-11-0013 The purpose of this amendment to the RFQ is to ask what the cost would be to cut to 5 users and what it would cost per-country to increase our coverage to include a number of European countries (up to ten). Please provide cost on a per country basis so we could just multiply cost by number of countries. Specifically those countries might include any EU countries but likely UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Switzerland, Poland. All proposals are due by 09/11/11 at 1:00 pm ET, but early proposals are highly encouraged.
