- FAR Clauses and DOL Wage Rates for Coos County Scope of Work RFQ SF1449 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for monthly landscaping service for the US Coast Guard in North Bend, OR. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The request for quotation (RFQ) is HSCG33-12-Q-SCA003. The synopsis/solicitation constitutes a request for quotation (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses as outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (see attached). This solicitation is being set-aside for Total Small Business. Contractor is to provide monthly landscaping service in accordance with the attached scope of work. Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses and the Department of Labor Wage Rates for services are included in this solicitation and are applicable (see attached). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730 with a size standard of $7.0. A mandatory site visit is required to quote on the subject project. A site visit will be held on September 19, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. (PST). For security requirements, all interested parties wishing to conduct a site visit are required to contact LT Patrick Wright at (541) 756-9611 or email patrick.j.wright@uscg.mil prior to 3:30 p.m. (PST) on September 16, 2011. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract with four (4) option years. All quotes shall be submitted to Greg Hermsen via email to gregory.m.hermsen@uscg.mil or via fax (206) 217-6732. All quotes shall be submitted no later than 3:30 PM (PST) on September 26, 2011.
