- The contractor shall provide bids to supply & deliver herbicides to the Lake Seminole Natural Resource Management Office as specificed in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). The IFB will be available only as a direct download at https://www.fbo.gov on or about 08 SEP 2011. All prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers must be registered in Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. Therefore, it is the offeror's responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to the solicitation.
