- Drawing 110 WPB 621-003 Drawing 110 WPB 621-002 Drawing 110 WPB 621-001 Combined Synopisis This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The scope of the acquisition is for the procurement of Jointer Panel Kit in support of USCGC MAUI 110A. Solicitation HSCG80-11-Q-P45808 is a total small business set-aside, Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-53. The NAICS Code is 332321. The government contract will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. Quotes may be sent via electronic mail to Susan.A.Kreider@uscg.mil, faxed to (757) 628-4644, or be sent via US Mail to: U.S. COAST GUARD Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC/PBPL/C&P1) Attn: Susan Kreider 300 East Main Street, Suite 600 Norfolk, VA 23510-9102. QUOTES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN SEPTEMPER 9, 2011 at 16:00 a.m. E.S.T. The government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, provides the best value on or about September 12, 2011. INVOICING INSTRUCTIONS: The invoice shall be submitted in the same manner your quote was submitted, to Susan Kreider. DELIVERY: The delivery shall be FOB, Origin. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at destination. Details of this Work Item are listed in the Requirements Section, specifically shown in 3.1.
